Lauren Armstrong is a Registered Dietitian with several years of experience in various fields of nutrition. She has worked as a manager in a university foodservice setting, a nutritionist for the Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) program, and more recently as a coach for individuals seeking a healthier lifestyle.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Dietetics from Western Michigan University. She completed her dietetic internship at Michigan State University. Born and raised in Michigan, she enjoys cooking, golfing, and playing with her golden retriever Beesly.
